We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clear guidelines while taking into account the commitments we make with accommodation providers, park authorities, transport companies, guides, and other travel partners.
Please review the following terms before confirming your booking with Africa Prince Adventure.
If you need to cancel your trip, please notify Africa Prince Adventure in writing as soon as possible.
The amount refunded will depend on how far in advance we receive your cancellation notice.

Cancellation charges may vary depending on the specific tour, accommodation, permits, flights, or other non-refundable services included in your itinerary.
Deposits are used to secure services for your trip and may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the suppliers involved.
The exact deposit and refund conditions applicable to your booking will be stated in your booking confirmation or quotation.
Mountain trekking bookings may involve advance payments for park fees, permits, accommodation, transport, crew arrangements, and other services.
Once these services have been secured, certain costs may be non-refundable.
If you cancel your trek, the applicable refund will therefore depend on the cancellation date and the costs already committed on your behalf.
Safari cancellations may involve non-refundable accommodation, park fees, vehicle arrangements, and other supplier charges.
We will make reasonable efforts to recover refundable amounts from our suppliers and pass applicable refunds to you after deducting non-refundable costs and agreed cancellation charges.
In exceptional circumstances, Africa Prince Adventure may need to cancel or significantly change a trip due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include:
Extreme weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Political instability
Park closures
Road closures
Airline disruptions
Health emergencies
Other unforeseen circumstances
Where possible, we will offer an alternative itinerary, reschedule the trip, or provide any refund that can reasonably be recovered from suppliers.
If your plans change, contacting us early may allow us to modify your travel dates instead of cancelling the entire booking.
Date changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs from accommodation providers, airlines, parks, or other suppliers.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance when booking your trip.
Your insurance should cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage, and other relevant travel risks.
Africa Prince Adventure is not responsible for losses that could reasonably have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.
We will process approved refunds after confirming the refundable amounts with the relevant suppliers.
Bank charges, payment-processing fees, currency-conversion losses, and other non-refundable transaction costs may be deducted where applicable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
No refunds will normally be provided for travelers who:
Fail to arrive for their scheduled trip.
Arrive too late to join the itinerary.
Voluntarily leave a tour or trek before completion.
Decide not to participate in included activities after the trip has started.
Where possible, we will assist with alternative arrangements at the traveler’s own expense.
We understand that unexpected personal circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel because of an emergency or other exceptional situation, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the circumstances and, where possible, work with our suppliers to find a reasonable solution.
