Your luxury Tanzania safari begins with a private pickup from your hotel in Arusha. After a short safari briefing with your professional guide, drive towards Tarangire National Park, approximately 2–3 hours from Arusha.
Tarangire is famous for its spectacular baobab trees and large elephant populations. After entering the park, begin your game drive through the diverse landscapes of seasonal swamps, open savannah and woodland.
Keep your camera ready for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, impalas and numerous bird species. With good fortune, you may also encounter lions, leopards and cheetahs.
Enjoy a private picnic lunch in a designated scenic area, followed by an afternoon game drive as you explore deeper into the park. Later, leave the park and drive to your carefully selected luxury lodge or tented camp.
Spend the evening relaxing around the lodge, enjoying the surrounding wilderness, a sunset drink and a delicious dinner.

Wake up to the sounds of the African wilderness and enjoy a leisurely breakfast before departing Tarangire.
Your journey continues towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where the landscape changes dramatically from woodland to highland scenery. The road offers beautiful views of local villages, farmlands and the dramatic escarpment.
Continue towards the Serengeti, entering one of Africa’s most famous wildlife ecosystems. As you approach the park, the landscape gradually opens into vast golden plains.
After entering Serengeti, your safari truly begins. Your guide will conduct an en-route game drive, looking for wildlife along the way to your luxury camp.
Depending on the season and location of the herds, you may encounter large groups of wildebeest and zebra, as well as lions, elephants, giraffes, gazelles and other predators.
Arrive at your luxury camp in the late afternoon. Enjoy time to relax, take in the surrounding wilderness and watch the sunset before dinner.

Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the Serengeti National Park.
For the best wildlife experience, begin with an early morning game drive when many animals are active. The cool morning hours offer excellent opportunities to observe predators returning from their night activities and herbivores beginning their day.
Your experienced private guide will track wildlife and choose the best areas according to current animal movements. You may encounter prides of lions, cheetahs hunting across the plains, leopards resting in trees, elephants moving through the savannah and huge herds of wildebeest and zebra.
After several hours of game viewing, stop for a luxury picnic lunch in a designated area before continuing your exploration.
The afternoon brings another opportunity to discover the Serengeti’s extraordinary wildlife. During the migration season, your guide will focus on areas where the wildebeest herds are concentrated. Outside migration season, the Serengeti still offers exceptional resident wildlife and predator viewing.
Return to your luxury accommodation in the evening for dinner and relaxation beneath the African sky.

Optional experience: Add a Serengeti hot-air balloon safari at sunrise for a spectacular aerial view of the plains.

Enjoy an early breakfast before beginning your final morning game drive in the Serengeti.
This is another opportunity to search for wildlife and enjoy the changing light across the plains. Your guide will select the route based on wildlife activity and your interests.
After the morning game drive, begin your journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, enjoy the spectacular transition from the open Serengeti plains to the highlands surrounding the crater.
You may stop at scenic viewpoints and, depending on your interests and timing, visit a Maasai community to learn about traditional culture and life in the Ngorongoro highlands.
Continue to your luxury accommodation, where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular highland surroundings. Many luxury properties in this area offer beautiful views and an unforgettable atmosphere.
Enjoy dinner and prepare for an early start the following morning.

Rise early and enjoy breakfast before descending approximately 600 metres into the Ngorongoro Crater.
The crater is one of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife destinations and supports an extraordinary concentration of animals within its enclosed ecosystem.
Your private 4×4 will take you across the crater floor in search of lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas and other wildlife. With luck, you may also spot the endangered black rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated location while surrounded by the spectacular crater landscape.
After the game drive, ascend the crater walls and begin your journey back towards Arusha. Along the way, enjoy the changing scenery and reflect on your five-day luxury safari experience.
Arrive in Arusha in the late afternoon or early evening, where your safari officially concludes.
