Your luxury safari begins with a private pickup from your hotel in Arusha. Meet your professional safari guide for a safari briefing before driving towards Tarangire National Park, one of northern Tanzania’s most scenic wildlife destinations.
As you enter the park, the landscape opens into beautiful savannah, woodland and seasonal wetlands, dominated by magnificent baobab trees. Tarangire is particularly famous for its large elephant herds.
Begin your first game drive, looking for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, impalas and a wide variety of birds. With luck, you may also encounter lions, leopards and cheetahs.
Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch before continuing your afternoon game drive. Your guide will choose the best areas according to wildlife movements and your interests.

After breakfast, begin your journey towards the legendary Serengeti National Park.
The drive takes you through the spectacular landscapes of northern Tanzania and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you travel higher into the Ngorongoro Highlands, you will see beautiful scenery and local communities before continuing towards Serengeti.
Enter Serengeti and begin an en-route game drive. The landscape gradually changes into vast open plains—the famous ecosystem that supports millions of wildebeest, zebras and other animals.
Keep your eyes open for lions, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, hyenas and possibly cheetahs or leopards.
Continue to your luxury lodge or tented camp, arriving in time to relax and enjoy the sunset. Dinner is served at your accommodation while you experience the atmosphere of the Serengeti wilderness.

Today is dedicated entirely to discovering the Serengeti.
After an early breakfast, head into the park with your private guide. The morning hours offer excellent opportunities to observe predators and other wildlife when temperatures are cooler.
Explore the plains in search of lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras and wildebeest. Your guide will use their knowledge of the area and recent wildlife movements to select the best locations for game viewing.
During the migration season, the route can be adapted to follow the location of the wildebeest and zebra herds. At other times of the year, the Serengeti’s resident wildlife provides excellent viewing opportunities.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in a designated scenic area before continuing your afternoon exploration.
Return to your luxury accommodation in the evening for dinner and relaxation.

Enter the park for a morning game drive through its diverse ecosystem of groundwater forests, open grasslands and lakeshore landscapes.
Lake Manyara is famous for its large elephant population, abundant birdlife and beautiful scenery. You may encounter giraffes, zebras, buffalo, hippos, baboons, monkeys and, with luck, the park’s famous tree-climbing lions.
The park is also an excellent destination for bird lovers, with many species found around the lake and forest.
After the game drive, leave the park and enjoy lunch before beginning your journey back to Arusha.
Arrive in Arusha in the afternoon or early evening, marking the end of your 6 Days Luxury Tanzania Classic Safari.
